My track record of 25+ years demonstrates experience in taking ownership, delivering results, building and managing large and diverse teams, and meeting expectations against budget and timeline realities.Having delivered in leadership roles for more than a decade, I have gained valuable exposure in to multiple domains. After delivering exceptional results in my assignment as Regional HRBP heading the HR, IR, and Admin functions of all manufacturing locations of John Deere India, I have now taken up a new assignment with the company to lead Human Resources function as Regional HRBP - Technology and IT at our Technology center in Pune. LTD.Academically, I am a Graduate in Commerce, and holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare; have also completed Executive General Management Program with the prestigious IIM-Bangalore.I thrive in an environment that is results-driven, dynamic and where employee success in alignment with organizational success, collaboration, and agility is highly valued.Outside of work, I am a husband and father to a tween and a teenager. My family comes from the Indian Air force background. I keep myself occupied with Badminton, playing percussion, riding super bikes, Philanthropic activities & am an avid reader.
