I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in primary research, leading bespoke qualitative and quantitative studies for global clients across industries.In my current role as Senior Manager – Primary Research at iResearch Services, I work closely with clients and internal teams to make sure research is not just executed well but helps move the business forward. I spend a lot of time translating complex business questions into clear research approaches, and turning insights into actions clients can truly use.A big part of my role is building strong, motivated teams. I enjoy mentoring people, improving processes, and creating an environment where teams can tackle complex projects with confidence and consistency. I believe good research comes from a mix of accuracy, curiosity, and collaboration.I regularly partner with international stakeholders to support strategic decisions, innovation, and long-term growth. What drives me most is scaling research capabilities, strengthening client relationships, and positioning primary research as a true strategic partner to the business not just a delivery function.
