As Managing Director of KUKA India, I lead the transformation of one of the world’s most advanced robotics and automation brands — now including all KUKA Group businesses in India, from Robotics to Intralogistics (Swisslog), Healthcare and Visual Components — in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.With global leadership experience across Germany, Malaysia, and India, I bring a deep understanding of how to scale industrial businesses through a mix of strategic discipline, customer-centric innovation, and high-performance culture.Over the past few years, I’ve helped position KUKA India as a trusted automation partner to India’s largest industrial groups — including in sectors like automotive, FMCG, electronics, metals, and logistics. We are now extending this trust into new growth verticals where KUKA has core competencies, such as smart warehousing, hospital automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions — including digital simulation and virtual commissioning through Visual Components. My focus has been to align global capabilities with India’s unique market conditions through innovative go-to-market models, localization strategies, and strong execution.We have consciously strengthened our network of small, mid, and large-scale integrators, technology partners, and suppliers — recognizing their critical role in accelerating automation adoption at scale.
