Used IPG CarMaker for configuring BB-in-loop for supporting front vision camera calibration using closed-loop simulation for Lane Change (LCA) & Lane Keep Assist (LKA) features. • Calibrated front vision camera using Unreal Engine night driving scenarios for testing Auto High Beam (AHB), Glarefree High Beam (GFHB). • Supported DAT lab development for enabling DAT 2.X feature level testing through simulation & system reliability support. • Used dSPACE LabBox with ModelDesk (ASM Traffic) for configuring HiL support for DARTS / Radar injection for CTA, BLIS features with environment & traffic simulation. • Hands-on experience on vehicle BB’s, troubleshooting DTCs, maintaining electronic system reliability for sign-off testing. • Used Ford FASST chain to simulate skeleton, high fidelity models of virtual ECUs for expediting wait time for H/W testing.
