I landed on a gold mine when I entered IT Industry and saw the need to combine my knowledge of people and systems with my desire for problem-solving. At the end of the day, IT is all about people (along with technology, of course). People play various roles, developer, tester, manager, vendor and client. We\'re complicated, we\'re always changing, we have millions of things going on in our lives. Luckily, I\'m obsessed with staying organized and making everyone\'s life easier within IT Delivery.Being an IT Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager, I make use of rich experience I got from very large international organizations with entrepreneurial spirit. Combination of change management and operational stability(or shall I say calmness) is my passion. I trust, continual improvement and being a cost conscious should be one\'s way of life. Communication and delivery in diverse landscapes is my strength. I love building high performing team in culturally diverse situations. I thrive managing deliveries in multi vendor and multi technology IT setups. I made the journey to Sweden ten years ago, and what a ride it has been!At the core I\'m just a father who enjoys the music played by my son on his piano. An animal lover at heart, I can even watch animals for hours.I love talking about my experiences. I hate selling myself.
