Conduct Root Cause Analysis (5+ why) & deep-dive design & production quality process investigation. Data Analytics - CAN300, Vehicle Engineering Data science.• Autono-MaaS Vehicle Development: Responsible for designing electrical components across multiple vehicle and mobility platforms including routing of wire harness, and developing related components to ensure quality, performance, cost, and timing requirements are met for each electronic system.• Collaborating with related stakeholders (internal, external and international) in cross-functional teams to design packaging structure, prepare drawings, plan & manage schedule for complex engineering problems.• Managing and leading part development to meet targets for cost, mass, performance and schedule with high quality, efficiency, and optimization mindset from project start through start of production.• Using excellent, clear and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders (management team, project leaders, manufacturing, suppliers, other design department, TMC Japan, etc.).• Developing design data in 3DEXPERIENCE/Terrace and create 2D systems designs drawings using Zuken E3 CAD software.• Using TOYOTA BUSINESS PRACTICE (TBP) process to break down problems and contribute to obeya meetings with other commodity engineers, warehouse supplier engineers, and vehicle assembly members.• Preparing process documentation using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Power-BI.
