Created E2E design of a distributor audit process application (Power Apps based) with multiple design options, drove the discussion with business stakeholders to gain their buy in for the design7. The distributor audit app streamlines the auditing process by providing a digital platform for auditors to conduct audits across multiple pillars. This reduces the need for paperwork and manual data entry, saving time and reducing errors.8. The automated assignment of action items in distributor audit app, based on audit scores, ensures that corrective measures are promptly identified and assigned to responsible parties. This automation helps to maintain accountability and improve follow-up.9. With Power BI-based dashboards for distributor audit process, stakeholders can easily track the progress of action items, analyze trends, and monitor overall audit performance and the health of distribution centers. This visibility supports data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
