TransUnion is a global information and insights company that makes trust possible between businesses and consumers, by ensuring that each consumer is reliably and safely represented in the marketplace.We do this by having an accurate and comprehensive picture of each person.This picture is grounded in our foundation as a credit reporting agency which enables us to tap into both credit and public record data; our data fusion methodology that helps us link, match and tap into the awesome combined power of that data; and our knowledgeable and passionate team, who stewards the information with expertise, and in accordance with local legislation around the world.Roles and Responsibilities:• Conduct candidate Sourcing/Screening by utilizing various channels (internal database, job boards, referrals, social media and LinkedIn) based on position requirements and provide recommendations to the Hiring Manager.• Interact with candidates and conduct phone screens to capture details of their skills and experience.• Plan and participate in the selection process to select the most suitable internal/external candidates.• Salary negotiations with candidates and working within the hiring budget.• Extend offers and negotiate (as/when needed) with candidates till closure and send new hire package.• Conduct reference check for selected candidates.• Ensuring that we meet our SLAs and KPIs month on month.• Ensuring that the Hiring Managers and Candidates have a delightful experience from the overall process. • Set internal standards on recruitment through bench-marking/best practices.• Utilize all internal recruiting technology systems in order to track all candidate activity.
