Providing end to end support to Internal SOX team team and SOX auditors for verification and testing of SOX compliances related to GL controllership & financial reporting.6. End to end support to PCAOB Auditors for audit of consolidated financial statement under USGAAP by providing various schdeules related to Employee Benefit Obligation and overall BSPL analytics.7. Quarterly reviewing and checking of all the financial data mentioned in Form F-1 which is required to be filed with United States Securities and Exchange Commission.8. Handling local GAAP audits of various subsidiaries and handling accounting issues of local subsidiaries.9. Reviewing monthly Balance sheet schedules and discussing the open points/issues with respective team for resolving the same.10.
