Training and guiding the technical team to create a strong operational knowledge base. Supervise Technical Infrastructure and Database support teams to ensure the technical support is available 24/7 and all the customer reported environmental issues and upgrades are tracked, and taking regular updates from team ensuring timely deliveries.
