Full-time role of a Loan Processor located in India helping out Australian Mortgage Brokers. Responsible for:• Reporting to the Head of Operations, Team Lead & Team Lead Assistant.• Gathering information and documentation needed for the loan application.• Inputting and reviewing the data entry in the relevant software.• Completing the serviceability calculations with the lenders calculators.Ordering the valuationsOrdering the pricing.Preparing the compliance documents for the loan application.• Preparing the AOL application. Constantly updating policy and product knowledge through ongoing training.• Speaking with third party representatives to follow up on loan application if required.• Ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the client through the loan process.
