Suncor Inc is large and focus account for IBM.@ 300 practitioners are managing the deliverables for 600 + applications including SAP as a largest enterprise wide application under sustainment contract. The sustainment contract covers SLA driven operational support, minor enhancement and major enhancement of minimum hours per month. Responsible for leading a project team of 93 practitioners (including onshore, nearshore & offshore) in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. Overall responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. To provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the project stakeholders.
