Order Management System (OMS): Architected and built a full-fledged OMS from scratch using Django REST Framework. COD Payment Lifecycle: Designed and implemented a comprehensive cash-on-delivery tracking system — from doorstep collection to bank reconciliation. Returns and Refunds Subsystem: Delivered a robust solution supporting partial and full returns across pre- and post-delivery stages for both COD and prepaid orders.
