Project Mindszi - Digitizing B2B SIM Lifecycle Management Working on the industry agnostic OTA (Over-the-air) Update user-friendly UI/UX platform from scratch, that would allow the internal users to define the OTA campaigns easily from an internal portal with reduced manual intervention and provide external customers with the campaigns insights. Delivered from scratch 3 digital products and processes associated with the SIM Lifecycle Management journey right from the network supplier vendors to the creation of Network Footprints customized for all premium customers. Defined the DB ERD entities, UI/ UX Front-end wireframes and Rest API requirements for each of these products. Demonstrated Cross-functional Team Leadership by implementing these systems end to end that are being used by the corresponding users. Handled requirement analysis, prioritizing backlog, developed features, user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in an Agile methodology with Scrum Process using JIRA. Reduced revenue loss due to expensive networks or unplanned provisioning by 20% through Network Footprint Manager system that enabled the Connectivity Enablement team to understand the Networks trends in various countries provided by the vendors and provide customers with optimized footprints. Designed an SKU platform (Stock Keeping Unit) that helped define standard offerings for the customers with optimized quick customer support.
