Digital India Corporation (A Section 8 Company of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY)).I have been responsible for developing and deploying key dashboards, including the Mera Yuva Bharat (MyBharat) Support Dashboard and the Manas Support Dashboard, streamlining issue tracking, reporting, and workflow management. I design and optimize MySQL databases while validating data integrity through manual testing of APIs and backend processes. My work includes performing manual testing of MyBharat Android, iOS, and web platforms, covering functional, regression, and integration testing. I develop responsive front-end UI/UX, ensuring layouts are accessible and consistent across devices, and implement backend logic for ticketing, reporting, and automated validation with thorough test case execution. Additionally, I integrate REST APIs for real-time data exchange and validate API responses, troubleshoot and debug frontend, backend, and application issues, and collaborate with teams for resolution. I also create technical documentation, test scenarios, and training guides to support development and QA activities.
