About Abhay Upadhyay
With a robust foundation in law from Gujarat National Law University, my journey has led me to my current at Razorpay. Here, I am primarily responsible for advising (i) the merchant payments business in India;(ii) PPI/Gift Card business in India; and Digital invoicing solutions business. With varied experience garnered across industries and jurisdictions over more than 7 years, I have developed the skill of drafting, negotiate and reviewing of multitude of commercial contracts along with developing a deep understanding of the impact an efficient contract lifecycle management, and litigation management has on corporate governance. I look forward to learn everyday and contribute through my role not only to the everyday requirements of an organisation, but also contribute towards the development of an organisation that is not only focused on growing, but growing in a legally complaint way.
