Developed a tool (for a global automotive client) with insight-driven and actionable interactive dashboards, resulting in significant savings of millions of dollars through reduced production cuts and premium freight shipments, while effectively analyzing and managing client\'s supply risks.§ As a Product Owner, lead a team to develop a platform for demand planners to configure master data before feeding it to Demand Forecasting module in E2Open solution. Planned timely decommission of client’s legacy planning application leading to annual savings of around $20Mn.§ Designed and developed an in-house application to efficiently manage complex Bill of Materials (BOM) management process and to have a single repository for all types of BOMs from concept to sustain phases of the OLP. The tool enabled efficient cross-team collaboration through automation and workflows and ensured robust revision, version, and access control of BOMs.§ Designed and developed an in-house application to support Global Commodity Managers/ Cleansheet team in supplier negotiations by providing end-end should-cost estimation capabilities. The tool included automated connections to key market benchmarks, built-in should-cost analytics, customized dashboards & automated reporting which provided fact-based insights to its users.
