As part of the rural transformation team, I worked directly with 1500+ individuals across 277 tribal households (Kokana and Varli communities), contributing to education and youth-focused development interventions. My role emphasized field engagement, data-driven planning, and community-led action.Key Contributions: • PRA & Community Planning:Led Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) sessions in 10+ hamlets, engaging over villagers to map challenges and resources, which directly informed the annual village development plans. • Education & Learning Culture: • Initiated and implemented Study Hour spaces in 2 hamlets, benefitting students (Grades 10-12) by improving daily study habits and attendance. • Introduced birthday celebrations for 50+ villagers to foster a sense of self-worth, belonging, and regular participation in development spaces. • Field Research & Surveys:Conducted baseline household surveys in Kalwan and Dindori blocks, covering 120+ households to identify gaps in access to education, skilling, and youth aspirations. • Youth Engagement:Supported the groundwork for the Youth TARUNYA program, focusing on the 15–25 age group, helping organize 300 youth in 20 youth group and community discussions to reduce early migration and dropouts.
