   As a TPM, I worked at the intersection of Engineering, Product and Program Management to drive org-wide, cross-org and Facebook-wide initiatives, at times collaborating with up to 75 stakeholders simultaneously. I collaborated with IC Engineers Eng Managers, Directors and VPs to create, influence and execute strategies; create, optimize and sometimes sunset processes to multiply impact from diverse teams made up of engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Designers, other TPMs and executives.
