About Abhay Kumar Singh

I started out my career solving operational challenges on the factory floor, moved into finance where I sharpened my ability to think in systems, and eventually found my calling in product management, where I get to connect the dots across engineering, analytics, and customer insight. A mechanical engineer turned first-principles thinker with an MBA, my product management career has been built at the intersection of data, AI, and financial services. My path hasn’t been linear and that’s what makes me effective.Today, as a Senior Product Manager at Intuit Credit Karma, I build GenAI-driven products that reshape financial decision-making for millions of members. Here, I 5X’ed adoption of a financial marketplace by uncovering hidden user anxieties and redesigning flows with transparency. I also launched Intuit Assist, a real-time GenAI assistant that reduced hallucination risk by 60% and unlocked more than $70M in partner revenue. Along the way, I’ve delivered personalized payoff planners and multi-source feedback engines that scaled trust, engagement, and revenue growth.Before Intuit, I launched new card products at Capital One, tripling digital conversion through A/B-driven design. Earlier, I applied Kaizen and TQM principles as an operations manager at Tata Group, proving that my approach — data-informed, user-first, iterative — works in any setting.But what sets me apart isn’t just the resume milestones. I’ve always been ahead of the curve on trends — from holding Bitcoin since 2015, to diving early into AI and recommendation systems, to constantly scanning technology and financial markets for weak signals that will become tomorrow’s defaults. I can retain vast amounts of information, spot patterns others miss, and translate those into products that people actually use.I’m hands-on with analytics (SQL, Looker, experimentation), fluent in finance (MBA-trained, with CFA studies), and obsessed with talking to users. For me, product management isn’t about shipping features — it’s about building trust and creating compounding value for both users and businesses.Outside of work, I’m a new dad, a competitive pickleball player, and happiest when I’m exploring California’s national parks.I can talk finance all day, dive into SQL when needed, and rally teams around a product vision grounded in both empathy and evidence.
