   Lead the global Collaboration Technology team. Responsible for email, desktop collaboration, conferencing (video & audio), conference room technology (AV), executive events management and education/training for the tools- As part of the AECOM-URS M&A, led the consolidation and integration of the collaboration tools - Consolidating 8 email systems down to 1 and migrating ~ mailboxes to the Microsoft (Office365) cloud. This will eliminate ~ 200 servers, over 250 TB of storage and save the company over $1 million / year. Currently about 75% complete - Consolidated over 10 conferencing solutions to 1 with the delivery of the Cisco UC platform. This project was completed in record time of 3 months, bringing over employees on a common UC platform and will deliver ~$2.5 million of savings over 3 years. This project was implemented at $0 cost to the business with some “out of the box” thinking and aggressive negotiations with the vendors. Production migration completed for employees in one weekend- Consolidated multiple video conferencing solutions to Cisco. Made a business case to insource the service and able to deliver ~$2 million / year in savings to the business - Refreshed over 60 video units in the last year considerably improving the video conferencing experience for the user and as a result saving the company several million $’s in avoided travel - Refreshed conference room technology in over 50 offices in the last 2 years, standardizing the AV experience and improving the overall collaboration experience - Managed several C-level executive events including the quarterly Mike Burke live event which is now a live video webcast globally - Used different communication channels to provide training to our global user base. Goal to ensure that employees understand the functionality available in our tools and use them effectively
