I am fascinated by how workplaces differ from each other, and why some workplaces are more engaging than others. Working in HR provides me with a firsthand experience of how workplace dynamics shape up and how can they be improved upon. In my current role, my primary responsibility includes measuring and improving performances, surveying and understanding market compensation data and policy formulation and review. I am also involved in designing interventions with the aim of increasing the engagement level across organization. In my previous roles I have worked on various HR functions including Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, HRIS implementation and Process Improvement.I aim to address the conundrum of falling engagement levels at workplace, and ensure that we leverage HR to create workplaces, which employees are excited to be associated with.
