About Abhash Mishra
Currently, I am associated with Axis Bank Ltd. as a Deputy Manager in Internal Audit function under the Trade Finance and Forex team where I have been part of audit of the Custody, Fund Accounting and DDP, Forex Regulatory Returns and Trade Finance Centre getting a hands-on experience of transaction(Inward and Outward Remittance) validation and monitoring. I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Banking and Financial Services) from the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune in 2021. Prior to my PGDM, I had completed my Bachelors of Commerce (Hons in Finance) from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University in 2018. I have a keen interest in Treasury Dealing and Market Risk, and fortunately my academic curriculum at NIBM has vitally exposed me to the various concepts of the aforementioned domains. Additionally, I have also done my Banking and Finance Project on Comparative Study on the Market Risk Management of the Forex Trading Desk in Indian Banks during the GFC Crisis and the Covid-19 Pandemic. Apart from this, I have also been involved in Equity Trading for more than a year now.
