Reviewed software requirements and hardware schematics for Zeiss’s KOVIS RF Generator, performing SFFA and FTA to ensure functional safety compliance under IEC 60601 and ISO 14971 medical device standards. Led development of the \'Remote Car Access\' feature in an ASPICE-compliant RTCU (Radio Telematic Control Unit) project, transforming SYS-2 level requirements into detailed system architecture designs using Polarion and modeling use-case flows with Enterprise Architect. Developed the system’s preliminary architecture and created Product Requirement Specifications (PRS) to guide both software and hardware teams, ensuring traceability and reliability across critical components. Simulated a SIL 4-rated impulse generator sensor using LTspice for a railway emergency braking system; designed custom models for unavailable components like Hall sensors and validated simulation outputs against analytical calculations. Created technical training content focused on functional safety and automotive risk analysis; collaborated with senior experts to deliver concise modules covering item definition, HARA, autopilot systems, and the Pegasus Method.
