I am a psychologist with specialization in Organization Behavior. At Clairvolex, I head Human Resources & Strategic Initiatives. I work with the global leadership team in developing the talent pool and strengthening business drivers to achieve corporate goals. I carry 13 years of multi-facet experience focused on Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Strategic HR. In various roles I have worked closely with CEOs, Directors, and Business Heads across industries, to align their organization’s strategy towards maximizing human capital investments and to implement sustainable change.
