Fitness is a very good feeling, not a state of being, not something that we can focus on when we are sick or when fitness is the need fo the hour. It is something that we can build, piece by piece. And, I\'ll be here to guide you all along the way! I\'m a normal person who desires an extraordinary fitness levels. And that\'s something that I\'ll chase until the day I die, because there\'s always things to do, goals to achieve. I got into fitness because, I was a obese kid, then an obese adult, and after I transformed, I realised that most of the people around me were either suffering from obesity, a major health concern like POCS/PCOD, thyriod issues, Blood sugar issues and on and on the list can go on! I was myself suffering at a very age with insulin issues, thyriod issues and weight gain and then there are people who start their life\'s with obesity because the parents and the society around them are not aware of the correct nutrition required, for a proper healthy life. And I work day in and day out trying my best to bridge that gap.Hopefully, this page serves you well.
