I am often described as giving people hope. I don’t give people anything, I inspire people to do it themselves. I ask people questions and host useful conversations, so they can bring or rediscover hope and way forward. The approach I use at work is Solution Focused - an approach which builds rapid change towards a better future - for you, your organisation, your family. The approach found me in 2014 and I trained to become both, a Solution Focused therapist and coach but later on designed my own way of using it in group facilitation. Which changed my life, the way I work and think. It can change yours too. After moving to London, I continued to work internationally in EU and beyond as a trainer in Solution Focused Practice, as well as a clinician in private practice. The pandemics has changed the way we all work, so through new projects, I specialised in blended learning experience. I now have significant experience of developing and delivering high quality training and cost-effective programmes on time and on budget, with an understanding of different learning models and delivery techniques which meet participants and business needs.
