As a QA Lead, I manage projects and coordinate the testing activities of onsite and offshore test teams.It took me around 10 years working in the corporate environment to experience the second most important day in my life. On that day, I mustered enough courage to be honest to myself and admit that I was not living a purpose driven life. I realized I was sacrificing my life for a paycheck.With my hunger for success I started exploring what else I could do to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. That is when I was introduced to a group of successful entrepreneurs. After earning their trust and mentorship, I finally found out my WHY and true meaning of success. It is not how much money you can make or how much materialistic things you can possess,\' Though I still work as an IT professional, my new found definition for success has given me the passion to find people with great attitude and character and guide them to create financial choices in their life.
