Deploy and support development of 1.5 million square feet fully automated Warehouse, distribution and manufacturing operation. Deploy and support Automated Retrieval System (ASRS) with 50K pallet positions and fully automated conveyor system integrated with SAP-EWM/DiQ/PLC, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)using ATOM, Integration of automated system of inbound, outbound, inventory transactions. Provide start up 24 Hrs. Operational support for ASRS. Define automated SAP-EWM configuration master data of inbound, outbound, inventory transaction through Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and develop and deploy transaction with SAP-EWM team. Define and deploy SAP-EWM location master between DiQ and PLC. Audit for completion using AI tools. Test Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) using HMI, DiQ and EWM and work with engineering team to resolve any issues in conveyor, external system, pallet exchangers, pallet washer, pallet wrapper and packing lines. Lead supply chain experts of 6x engineers on product validation (PV) testing and qualify system for FDA inspection. Map automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) route in warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance and test for Product Validation. Working with 3PL partners to integrate Lilly inbound and outbound process in SAP-S4 Hanna for automated manufacturing. Develop SOP/User guide of SAP-EWM, DiQ and AGV and train operational person. Developed troubleshooting guide.
