Founded the analytics function supporting NBCUniversal’s content supply chain, leading a team of 2 data analysts • Provided thousands of productivity hours back to the business and improved operational reliability across all workflows by partnering with stakeholders to develop their KPIs and creating analytic tools using a Python, SQL, and Tableau stack • Architected and managed the creation of our Peacock Supply Chain data set via Python. Combined 9 data sources – both databases and spreadsheets – managed by 5 different teams. Built a suite of Tableau dashboards on top which provided users end to end visibility of content status and enabled executives to identify and manage titles at risk to launch within window • Supported media engineering team with ML/AI feature implementation by providing accuracy/precision metrics and highlighting patterns for them to target model improvement • Saved over 200 hours/month of developer time by partnering with our product and engineering teams, highlighting opportunities and build new product features as Tableau dashboards instead of new code • Effectively managed diverse stakeholders and built consensus around project prioritization by leading a bi-weekly status update and a self-service project tracker • Created comprehensive documentation and data catalogs for the supply chain domain and partnered with Enterprise Analytics to provide it to our data mesh on Snowflake
