ABOUT ABE STEGENGA
Abe is part of De Brauw\'s financial regulatory team and specialises in investment management and investment funds. As part of this practice, he advises on the formation, structuring, operation and regulation of a broad range of investment funds (both AIFs and UCITS), including private equity funds, infrastructure funds and real estate funds. In addition, Abe assists sponsors with their fund raising activities and is frequently involved in investment and divestment negotiations. Abe has led numerous LP reviews and is a subject matter expert on regulatory topics such as SFDR and asset stripping rules.
