Work with project delivery teams, business users, and stakeholders to understand both functional and technical requirements, conduct assessment of current business and technology architectures and make application architecture decisions- Conduct POCs and Cloud fit studies to help customers to make better business decisions in leveraging Cloud technologies- Design, manage implementations and provision cloud infrastructures and solutions- Help customers to get more knowledge and experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and container technologies- Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, advise on application architectural and design patterns for cloud deployment strategies- Mentor software development teams, encourage adoptions of latest technologies, promote use of best practices and design patterns- Identify and recommend appropriate technology stacks, tools, frameworks and integration strategies for off-the-shelf solutions or third party packages- Conduct research on emerging technologies, trends and solutions areas in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility- Participate in key customers meetings and provide feedback via established Voice of Customer processes to ensure that customer business requirements are being captured and addressed appropriately.
