We have a unique supportive responsibility, serving as a corporate resource and cultural hub for our 650+ coworkers across several specialized business lines.As a Senior Training and Development Specialist, I- Create and maintain training materials, including reference guides, videos, and modules- Lead live training calls for groups ranging from a single person to companywide- Manage content in the LMS, including publishing and re-versioning materials, and creating and maintaining playlists, events, and curricula- Assist in creating training plans for company project rollouts, including identifying content that needs to be covered, outlining the training sessions and materials needed, and executing the plan successfully- Act as a SME for our internal processes and systems.Roth Staffing is one the largest privately-held staffing companies in the country.
