Key responsibilities include- Maintaining production: ensuring the vast majority of SFR3s portfolio is rent ready by building an effective team of hundreds of Project Managers, Scopers, Inspectors, and ACEs- Maintaining homes: servicing ~1K work orders per week via a combination of ~100 Property Engineers, 10 Dispatchers, and a trusted network of vendors- Meeting P+L goals: achieving all of the above within cost targets that ensure sufficient investor return- Partnering with technology: defining key needs to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
