As a direct report to our Chief Legal Officer, I defined the requirements and built our Legal Operations organization. My responsibilities include: • Working with legal and business leaders across the enterprise including Information Technology, InfoSec, and Strategy to build partnerships that enable digital transformation • Define scope of work for my organization, identify skillsets required to support that work, and hire and develop a leadership team • Create roadmap that aligns with business goals • Lead legal operations for Corporate Legal and House Counsel • Provide strategic planning, process design and improvement, technology enablement, training, reporting and analytics, knowledge management, communication, operations and project and program management • Define process and roles required to build a legal Project Management Organization including aligned criteria for business impact and stage gate process for prioritization • Build a learning culture both in my organization and through change agents in the business • Provide guidance as a member of the Progressive Digital Workplace Governance board • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for change that are feasible, viable and desirable
