Support in drafting of PPA agreements- Manage all Interconnection applications and communications for commercial projects, including BESS with the state utility company (HECO) up to PTO- Ensure the project is properly executed according to the contract scope as well as tracking milestones and schedule changes through constant communication with PMs and other stakeholders- Drafting of Change Orders affecting price and scope according to new project developments- Manage all commercial billings and payment schedules. Drafting of Schedule of Values, including for state and federal projects. Submitting invoices and following up on payments in accordance with contract stipulations- Manage Certified Payroll for state and federal projects. and ensure timely payment and submission of forms- Preparation of weekly cashflow reports as well as supporting cashflow forecasting- Compile, submit, and maintain records of all billing documentation required such as liens and other supporting documentation.
