I am a hospitality executive with a proven track record of leading complex luxury, lifestyle, resort, and urban hotel assets with an owner-operator mindset. My leadership style is hands-on, accountable, and results driven—focused on disciplined execution, thoughtful planning, and building high-performing teams that deliver long-term value.My experience spans major metropolitan markets including Washington, DC and San Francisco, as well as premier leisure destinations such as Palm Beach and Palm Springs. I have led hotels across the full asset lifecycle, including management transitions, ground-up openings, repositionings, and stabilized long-term investments. I have opened four hotels as General Manager, establishing culture, operating discipline, and performance from day one.Previously, I served as Vice President of Operations with Aimbridge Hospitality, overseeing a national portfolio of luxury and lifestyle full-service hotels in destinations including Sedona, Boston, Dallas, New Orleans, and Washington, DC. My oversight included resort, urban, corporate, conference, group, and high-transient assets. I worked closely with ownership, asset managers, property leadership, and corporate partners to drive strong returns while elevating guest and employee experiences. My role concluded as part of a corporate restructuring.In August 2024, I was appointed Managing Director of The Watergate Hotel, a Forbes Travel Guide Recommended property and member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ LVX Collection. Following an intensive rebuild and repositioning in partnership with ownership, I joined EOS Hospitality as Vice President of Operations in December 2025.I lead with clarity, accountability, and purpose—focused on aligning ownership objectives, operational excellence, and brand integrity to create enduring value.
