Oversee all technical and coordinate all content development impacting the Explore, Junior, and Planner products of our fast-growing technology organization as well as the related Quality Control functions while working closely with department leads to ensure successful delivery and integration to existing products. Responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiencies through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. • Oversee Pathful, Inc.’s development, devops, and quality control teams. Define product roadmap and development/release schedule, delivering to same. • Driving initiative to fully migrate to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment model of production to streamline improvements while maintaining and improving quality of product. • Plan and manage migration from existing production environment to AWS. • Leading five agile teams (two scrum and three Kanban); minimized effects of attrition by sourcing personnel, defining hiring requirements, developing interview questions, conducting testing, and leading interviews. • Manage Atlassian stack, including JIRA, JIRA Advanced Roadmaps (Portfolio), JIRA Product Discovery, Confluence, and BitBucket. • Transition acquired company to Pathful Atlassian stack.
