ABOUT ABEL SAIJU EDAKKALATHUR
I’m a second-year Computer Science undergraduate at BITS Pilani from Thrissur, Kerala, with a strong focus on holistic development through academics, sports, and personal growth. My early interests in reading and outdoor activities helped build discipline, creativity, and curiosity, eventually leading me to explore the scientific and technological world. With the rise of AI, I developed a keen interest in deep learning and its mathematical foundations, particularly in solving complex, data-driven problems. Currently, I am working as an intern on a multimodal deep learning project in healthcare, focusing on integrating diverse data sources to build robust models. I also enjoy competitive programming, which has sharpened my problem-solving and algorithmic thinking skills, and game development, where I combine creativity with technical implementation, often through hackathons. I am always eager to learn, experiment with new technologies, and contribute to impactful real-world applications of computer science.
