I am a transformational leader who is passionate about delivering value and finding solutions to complex business problems with a track record to prove it. Whether I am on the engineering, production or program management team, I always challenge the status quo by pushing for continuous improvement and never settling for less. I have achieved success managing complex programs that deliver bottom line results. I have developed effective relationships with senior management and gained respect from shop floor personnel to get things done.
