   In my current role as a Business Manager, I led and supported the family business which was affected during the pandemic by re-staffing and rebuilding the company. Boosted sales by 4% through the formulation and implementation of a shipping strategy. Increased revenue by 43% by implementing e-commerce, multiple platform channels, and shipping. As a result of the new growth, I lead the initiative to expand the business to a larger production facility that will double as a retail location later this year. I managed to secure the production location, lease negotiations, build-out, and relocation of the production facility. Introduced new products into our product line which led to a 25% profit margin for the first year of the product.
