Product manager driving the information and digital technology agenda for electric mobility in the Fleet Solutions space. Managing an IT budget of $3 million (and growing) to deliver various electric mobility solutions to new and existing fleet customers in our global markets. Scope covers all value streams, from provisioning charge point hardware where it is needed, to software and digital tooling for more effective EV fleet management. • Greenfield, successfully set up a new IT delivery pipeline for Shell’s Fleet Solutions eMobility business. • Defined a backlog of more than 80 propositions. • Delivering with an agile methodology, coordinating development dependencies with more than 12 IT systems and digital channels across Shell and its portfolio companies. • Set up an agile delivery team on Shell Fleet Hub to deliver eMobility propositions to more than 230k customers globally. • Set up a demand management process based on RICE scoring methodology (Reach, impact, confidence and effort). • Managing a team of 46 with a wide pool of capabilities, including software engineering, business analysis, project management, quality assurance, solution/data architecture, CX research, IRM etc. • Delivering commercial APIs to large customers for direct integration into their third party systems and digital channels. • Enabling new market entries as well as creating roadmaps for priority markets and customer segments. • Driving customer research to find new ways to serve new and existing customers in their fleet electrification journey. • Driving eMobility-inspired transformation of existing IT architecture and business processes.
