About Abby Lara
I am currently a Masters in Taxation student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I received my undergraduate education in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Following graduation from Cal Poly, I plan to become a licensed CPA. As a first generation college student, Cal Poly\'s \'Learn by Doing\' mindset has been instrumental in preparing me for internships and career opportunities. Outside of the classroom I have been involved with the Latinx Business Student Association (LBSA) since my freshman year and have served as president. I am passionate about leveraging clubs and campus opportunities to connect talented Cal Poly students with industry partners.
