I’ve built my career at the intersection of strategy, people, and performance, helping organisations grow, transform, and deliver lasting value creation through both structural and human levers. I began my journey in management consulting, advising clients on strategy, performance improvement and organisational development/ culture, the building blocks of sustainable business success.From there, I joined the corporate world, leading board-level projects in corporate development for a global industrial manufacturer, where I gained first-hand experience in steering transformation from within, evolving a product-focused organisation into a solutions-oriented business spanning products, software, and services. I later moved to the commercial side of the same business, helping to incubate and scale a SaaS venture within the established product organisation across five Northern European countries, breaking organisational barriers and building new capabilities. As the business matured, I led its integration into the core portfolio and took on the challenge of leading the sales organisation, driving growth and fostering client relationships grounded in trust and value.Today, I work in leadership advisory, partnering with boards and executives to discover, assess, and develop leaders who can thrive through change and have a winning mentality. Across all my roles, what drives me is a genuine passion for people and impact, translating strategy into action, ideas into tangible results, and talent into performance. I am energised by purpose-driven work, empathetic leadership, and environments where collaboration and curiosity fuel progress.
