Utilizing Power BI and Azure SQL Databases to generate comprehensive datasets that combine data from disparate sources from applications such as Oracle, Salesforce, NextGen, Athena Health, clinical applications, Kronos, Ultipro, billing data, and transforming the complex datasets into centralized reporting capabilities.Led, designed, and created the Hospital Contracts Reporting Suite which manages ~$275M in contract revenue annually, improving the collections by 30%, and a 15% reduction in DSO via integrated workflows using data from Conga/Salesforce and an Athena Health billing system. Led, designed, and created productivity solutions that saved the enterprise over $4M in 2021, with labor cost allocation accuracy across the largest Newborn Hearing Screen Program in the country with 1500+ employees. Led the technical and systems integration of over 670 hearing screen medical devices across ~483 hospitals,~38 State Department of Public Health databases, with operations providing services to ~1M newborns. Providing continuous technical guidance, training, and technical documentation for front-end and back-end users, established key processes, and successfully implemented technical solutions for +400 incidents.
