As a Credit Risk Manager, I lead the allowance management process, ensuring compliance with CECL guidelines through meticulous discounted cash flow analyses. By providing actionable insights and recommendations to the credit risk committee, I support informed decision-making at the executive level.I’ve pioneered the development and validation of credit risk models, leveraging diverse methodologies such as FICO migration and open pool approaches. My work enables precise risk assessments and reporting, which I present to steering committees, ensuring transparency and accountability in risk modeling decisions.Through the establishment of a robust Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, I’ve strengthened our organization’s ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.
