   As the Client Services Specialist on the global multi-market Corporate Advisory & Transaction team at CBRE, I work alongside Bill Bonifas, Matt Cariello, and Kenzie Kiefer to actively represent corporate real estate users in over 40+ countries, accounting for 40+ million square feet of annual oversight and representation. With over in transactional volume per year, the corporate advisory and transaction team is one of the top-producing teams at CBRE.As the Client Services Specialist, I am responsible for the day-to-day logistics of the team. A liaison between all team members & a diverse range of clients with their local, regional, national, and international real estate needs. I manage relationships with key client stakeholders; implement best practices, including client and account team communications, performance tracking, and value add measurement. Angela also coordinates all client accounts by providing various financial services, including preparing vouchers, auditing, and reconciling outstanding invoices. In addition to my team role, I am the CBRE Cares Chapter Leader for the Wisconsin office and a part of the National CBRE Cares committee. CBRE Cares is the company\'s corporate giving and volunteer organization, which leverages the passion and talents of CBRE employees worldwide to create real benefits in their communities. As a chapter leader, I help coordinate and facilitate community outreach and volunteer efforts in the Wisconsin area while also working with the national committee to align local initiatives with the overall CBRE Cares mission.
