Oversee the operational planning and development of the Health & Safety business plan, strategies, and directions for EPCOR USA. Lead, manage, and develop a team of Health & Safety professionals. Assess opportunities to improve effectiveness and implement determined actions. Create, measure and report Health & Safety performance metrics by identifying and analyzing issues that will impact operational performance and establish opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide support to employees to ensure conformance to the Health & Safety policy, standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance through internal auditing, site observations, information sharing, training and communication efforts.
