After completion of his PG in Rural Management & Development, he has started his journey with Project work as field investigator in various research projects.Worked for the SFURTI Cluster Artisan,SHGs of TRIBAC(NGO) as Project Manager. Subsequently joined as faculty and after 7 years of successful Journey, promoted as Sr. Faculty (Entrepreneurship Development) at RUDSET Institute ( 28th october 2011 to 26th September2022).Acting visiting/virtual faculty at SIRD,Panchayati Raj Training Institute.Trained a good number of Human Resource who are working at both rural and urban livelihood mission in the capacity of community Resource Person,Bank Mitras,domain skill trainers.Moreover,Rural programme Managers,Sr.Middle level govt official,SHG women, federation -ALF CLF,NGOs,NYK,NSS,Elected public representive of Three tire panchayet, volunteers etc also been trained Now,pursuing PhD (Social Exclusion & Inclusive Policy) at Tripura University,India.
