As a Manager (BD) Responsible for various below activity in Tender Department? Identifying & downloading consultancy tenders of various sectors i.e. Roads and Bridges, Rail & Metro sectors from website & other resources? Study the RFP documents & preparing salient features of the project? Checking qualification criteria of the tenders? Preparing checklist and Project Screening Document (PSD) of the tenders, decide GO /NOGO of the tenders based on qualification criteria? Finding Lead partners for the association, preparing MOU for JV or Association, preparing Pre-Bid query and attending pre-bid meeting with clients? Preparing technical & financial proposal of the project? Online checking and submitting the proposal? Attending the negotiation meeting with client? Maintaining annually reports and status of the tenders.
